Return & Exchange Policy


At Housewife Candles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!


Returns


We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 7days from the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@housewifecandles.com with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.


Please note the following:

Non-returnable items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized products, used candles, or gift cards.

Condition: Products must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Proof of purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Refunds


Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.


Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, contact us at sales@housewifecandles.com with photos of the damage.


Return Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
